At the core of my practice is a systems thinking worldview that keeps me focused on the connections and interdependencies impacting you as a leader. Context matters. This means that I’ll help you look beyond abstract questions about the characteristics of a great leader to ask, “What is required of me to be an effective leader acting from my core values, in this place, at this time?”
